Work on Zecheriner Bridge - Closures from Monday - Zecheriner Bridge on Usedom Undergoes Road Resurfacing with Partial Closures

The Zecheriner Bridge on Usedom is undergoing road resurfacing, leading to partial closures starting today. The 'Landesamt für Straßenbau und Verkehr' of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is overseeing the project.

Motorists should expect full closures from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Tuesday to Thursday. During these times, they will be detoured via Wolgast. Outside of these hours, the bridge will remain partially open until Sunday, October 12.

The roadworks will not affect pedestrians and cyclists, who can continue to use the bridge as usual.

The Zecheriner Bridge's resurfacing is expected to improve road safety and comfort. Motorists are advised to plan their journeys accordingly, with full closures in effect for the next three days.
