Zabaykalsky Krai Bakery Products Pass Hygiene Test

The Regional Consumer Protection Agency in Zabaykalsky Krai has completed a comprehensive inspection of bakery products. The recent check, led by Gleb Balabanov, is the latest in a series of controls conducted this year.

In total, 412 samples were analyzed during the inspection. These were divided into three categories: 160 for sanitary-chemical indicators, 93 for physical-chemical indicators, and 159 for microbiological indicators. The results showed that all samples complied with the required hygiene standards.

Throughout the first nine months of the year, the agency conducted 95 control and supervision activities. These inspections covered educational institutions, food industry organizations, catering establishments, and both wholesale and retail trade. Additionally, 987 preventive visits were carried out in the same sectors during this period.

The bakery product inspection in Zabaykalsky Krai has confirmed the compliance of all samples with hygiene standards. The Regional Consumer Protection Agency has maintained a robust schedule of control and preventive activities across various sectors this year.
