Yakutsk City Will Begin Accepting Applications for City Day Exhibition
Yakutsk City Day Fair: Participation Requirements and Details
The Department of Entrepreneurship, Consumer Market, and Tourism Development of the Yakutsk City Administration is organising a fair as part of Yakutsk City Day celebrations. The event will take place on September 13, 2025, at Friendship Square in Yakutsk, from 08:00 to 18:00.
Individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, and self-employed individuals are invited to participate in this exciting event. The application process for the fair requires a personal submission, with applications being accepted from August 25, 2025, to September 5, 2025, at Yakutsk, Lenin Prospect, 15, room 207.
To secure a trading point, certain documents are required. These include an application form, a copy of the passport (for IPs and self-employed), a certificate of tax registration (copy), a certificate of registration of a physical person as a self-employed person (copy), a certificate of state registration of a physical person as an individual entrepreneur (copy), an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs with economic activity codes (copy), a production control program (for catering enterprises), a contract with the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), a notification of registration (from Rospotrebnadzor) (copy) (for catering enterprises), a rental agreement (copy) or ownership certificate for catering enterprises, certificates of conformity for goods, quality declarations (to be present at the trading point), a list of employees, originals of employees' sanitary books, vaccination certificates (originals and copies of documents), and the Shigella vaccine (once a year) for catering enterprises, Algavak, Hadrix (against Hepatitis A), measles vaccine (for catering enterprises), a doctor's permit (once a year), FLS (once a year), and the sanitary minimum (once every 2 years).

The fair will feature 14 tents (3m x 3m), each with a specific purpose. There will be 2 tents for catering, 1 for cotton candy, 1 for ice cream, 2 for balloons and toys, 5 for food products (fish, dairy, bakery, confectionery, drinks, and packaged products), and 3 for souvenir products.
A 25% discount on the fee for setting up a trade booth is offered to disabled persons, pensioners, large families, single parents, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in charity, and participants of SVO.
