Evictions due to late rent payments over extended periods are rare indeed, as per the association director for municipal and cooperative housing companies. This happens only when every other solution has failed.

Terminations of rental agreements due to delinquent payments or tenant misconduct are relatively infrequent in the 265,000 managed apartments, amounting to about 1,000 cases in 2024. This doesn't automatically mean that deceitful tenants are given the boot; typically, it's the first step in the eviction process.
