Unmarked clothing retailer in Gelendzhik penalized for lack of labels

During an inspection conducted by the territorial department of the Krasnodar Territory's Rospotrebnadzor on September 16, 20XX, 140 units of light industry goods without mandatory labeling in the GIS MT 'Fair Label' system were found. The unlabeled goods included jackets, windbreakers, and t-shirts, produced in European Union countries.
As a result of the infraction under part 2 of article 15.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, both a fine and confiscation were imposed on the Munchen store. The court ordered the confiscation of the unmarked products, amounting to a total value of 3,471,600 rubles, and imposed a fine of 30,000 rubles.
The company whose goods were found without the required labeling during the inspection is ООО 'Симбол'. The Munchen store has yet to appeal the court ruling.
