Train traffic at the railway station in Krasnoyarsk will change

Starting June 7, the construction of the metro will bring changes to the transportation and parking situation near the train station. The road on ul. Braтьев Aбалаковых from the intersection with улица Деповская to Привокзальная площади will be closed for both travel and parking. Additionally, parking and stops will be prohibited on the odd side of ul. Bograd from No132 to ul. Depovskaya.
These restrictions will be in effect until December 31, 2026.
Work on setting up the foundation for the "Vokzalnaya" station, situated opposite the train station, commenced in February. This process, including preliminary measures, has been happening for about half a year now. Currently, specialists are focusing on creating a reinforced concrete platform for the installation of the tunnel boring machine within the foundation pit, which will eventually become a platform for the tunnel boring complex.
From this location, the "Valentina" complex will kick off its journey towards the station "Ulitsa Kopylova". The tunnel will pass beneath the railway tracks at a depth of 12 meters. Tentatively, the tunnel boring process is expected to start in September. At the moment, the tunnel boring complex is being stored and prepared on the production sites of the subcontractor "Bamtonnelstroy-Most", but more on that later.
