Tomsk: Major Repairs to Affect Traffic and Water Supply from Sept 13

During this period, traffic at the intersection of Vershinin and Nakhimov streets will be altered, and sections of Voykov Street will be closed. Additionally, traffic restrictions will be in place on Vodyanaya Street, near house number 46, from Tikhiy Lane to Proletarskaya Street.
