Three Koblenz Companies Named Top German Employers in 'stern' Survey
Three Koblenz-based companies have been recognised as top employers in Germany, according to a recent survey by 'stern' magazine and market research firm Statista. The exact scores are not provided, but the companies are confirmed to be among the most popular in the country.
The survey, conducted between May and July 2024, rated 1,300 large employers with at least 500 employees in Germany. To be included, each company needed at least 100 employee judgments.
In the Koblenz region, Debeka, an insurer, scored 71.27 points, ranking 15th in its category and 294th overall. It was also chosen as the 47th best employer for new professionals. Stabilus, a company with around 1,400 employees, achieved a score of 74.22 points, ranking 13th in its category and 156th overall. EVM Energieversorgung Mittelrhein scored 68.16 points, ranking 31st in its category and 534th overall.
Nationally, DM ranks first, followed by Adidas and Google Germany, in employee recommendations. The Koblenz companies' scores may not have reached these heights, but their inclusion in the top employers list is a significant achievement.
