Terra Balcanica Appoints Rodney Stevens as Business Development Officer

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp., a polymetallic exploration company focused on large-scale mineral systems in the Balkans, has appointed Rodney Stevens as its Business Development Officer. Stevens brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having worked in capital markets for over a decade. The company welcomes him aboard, citing his knowledge of the North American precious metal commodity space and silver-focused mineral exploration industry.

Stevens' appointment comes as Terra Balcanica continues to expand its operations in the Balkans. The company holds a 90% interest in the Viogor-Zanik Project in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 100% ownership of the Kaludra and Ceovishte mineral exploration licences in Serbia. Stevens' experience as a CFA Charterholder and his track record in assisting financings, mergers, and acquisitions worth over C$1 billion will be invaluable in driving Terra Balcanica's business development efforts.

Prior to joining Terra Balcanica, Stevens worked at Salman Partners, where he was proclaimed the 2007 top-rated analyst for the metals and mining industry by StarMine. His extensive knowledge of the capital markets and the metals and mining industry will help Terra Balcanica navigate the complex landscape of mineral exploration and development in the Balkans.

Terra Balcanica has expressed its commitment to responsible engagement with local communities and stakeholders, and to implementing Good International Industry Practice (GIIP) and sustainable health, safety, and environmental management. With Stevens at the helm of its business development efforts, the company is well-positioned to achieve its goals while maintaining its commitment to responsible and sustainable practices. Stevens' options and other compensation will be determined by the Board of Directors at a future date.
