Suzuki Motorcycles and Scooters Experience Price Drops of Up To Rs 18,000 - Find Out the Price Adjustments for Every Model

Suzuki Motorcycle India has announced a comprehensive revision of prices for its entire range of scooters and motorcycles in response to the GST reforms introduced by the Government of India. These reforms, aimed at rationalising taxation and providing direct benefits to consumers, have led to reduced GST rates on two-wheelers up to 350cc and all auto components, with the rate being lowered from 28% to 18%.

The price cuts on Suzuki two-wheelers will range from Rs 7,823 for the Avenis to a significant Rs 18,024 for the Suzuki Motorcycle India model that experiences the highest reduction - the Gixxer SF 250. The Gixxer 250 will see a price cut of Rs 16,525, while the Gixxer will be Rs 11,520 cheaper. The Burgman Street Ex will become Rs 9,798 cheaper, and the Burgman Street price will go down by Rs 8,373.

The V-Strom SX will see a price cut of Rs 17,982, and the Access price has been reduced by Rs 8,523. These price reductions are expected to give a strong push to demand in the two-wheeler market, particularly ahead of the festive season.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has committed to passing on the benefits of the GST reforms to customers. The reduced GST on spare parts and accessories will directly translate into lower maintenance costs for Suzuki customers, making their two-wheelers and spare parts more affordable and accessible. This move is expected to further uplift customer sentiment and make Suzuki's product range even more attractive.

The new prices will come into effect from September 22. With these price cuts, Suzuki Motorcycle India aims to cater to a wider customer base and strengthen its position in the Indian two-wheeler market.
