Sun Group's VND38 Trillion Projects Transform Quang Tri into Tourism and Logistics Hub

Quang Tri, once renowned for its military past, is now gaining traction as a promising tourism and logistics hub in Vietnam's central region. Sun Group has initiated three significant urban projects, valued at over VND38 trillion ($1.44 billion), set to transform the province and boost its economy.

The projects, spanning 780 hectares, include the Nhat Le coastal urban complex, Dong Hoi mixed-use development, and Le Ky riverside project. The Le Ky riverside complex, covering 291 hectares, will house high-end residential areas, retail centers, and a theme park, with an investment of VND13.9 trillion ($527 million). The Nhat Le coastal project, covering 276 hectares, will feature beachfront properties and luxury resorts with an investment of over VND12.5 trillion ($474 million). These developments are located within the Phong Nha-Vung Chua-Nhat Le tourism triangle and will have direct links to major transportation infrastructure.

Sun Group has launched these projects in collaboration with the Quang Tri People's Committee. While Sun Group is the primary investor, other companies like Coteccons play roles as contractors but are not involved as investors. These projects are expected to boost urban development, tourism, and services in Quang Tri, positioning the province as a growth driver for north-central Vietnam.

With Sun Group's significant investments, Quang Tri is poised for remarkable growth. These projects, once completed, will not only enhance the province's tourism appeal but also stimulate its economy, creating new opportunities for its residents.
