Key Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. You will also be responsible for administering payroll and employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting employee relations and performance management.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the digitization of HR processes and lead special projects such as benefits renewals, employee surveys, and policy reviews.
Typical Profile and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields and have experience in HR operations, preferably within financial services or similarly regulated industries. Proficiency with HR information systems, such as Workday, and payroll software is essential. A good understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements is also necessary.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
