Do I Need to Deregister When Selling an Apartment?
Generally, you don't need to deregister when selling an apartment or house. However, this only applies if you're not permanently moving abroad, in which case, you need to obtain a departure certificate from the Public Service Center before departing.
The old registration will be automatically removed after you register at your new address within 30 days of moving.

This typically involves submitting a written request to the local migration service, possibly with supporting documents, such as the sale contract and the new owner's identification. The process may require cooperation from the previous owner or tenant, but authorities may remove the registration if it is clear the person no longer resides at the address.
