The terms and conditions for the future tenants of the maximum 60 square-meter space are simple and fair. The cost is 10 euros per usage day with no additional costs, and a minimum rental period of three weeks applies. A maximum two-month rental period can be negotiated. The room setup is the responsibility of the tenants. Usage is coordinated and contractually regulated in advance. If a permanent rental arises during the tenancy, the rental agreement can be adaptable.
