Robin Melman Joins White & Case LLP as a Partner

Robin Melman has joined White & Case LLP as a partner in New York, bolstering the firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) Practice. Melman, who specializes in executive compensation and employee benefits, brings extensive experience in advising public and private companies and management teams on corporate governance, tax, contractual, and disclosure issues in M&A and other complex corporate transactions.

Melman was previously the Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Section at Baker Botts LLP in New York. Before that, she worked with notable law firms such as Jones Day and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Her extensive background across the full spectrum of executive and employee compensation matters makes her a natural fit for White & Case’s global platform and its strategic U.S. growth in these practices.
