In the picturesque town of Elsfleth, Germany, residents and visitors are facing changes in travel plans due to ongoing construction and a scheduled road closure.

Construction work is currently underway in Hunestraße and its surrounding streets, impacting access to these areas. The surrounding streets can only be accessed via Kasernenstraße during this period. It is important to note that this construction work is not related to the upcoming road closure on County Road 213.

Residents of the Hunestraße settlement are also affected, as they can only enter and exit their homes via Kasernenstraße during the construction work.

Meanwhile, the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Traffic (Niedersächsischer Landesbetrieb für Straßenbau und Verkehr) has announced a repair work project on County Road 213, scheduled to take place from September 22 to 24. The location of the repair work is between 'Am Yachthafen' and 'Am Liener Hörn' on County Road 213 'Am Liener Deich'.

The repair work is intended to fix damaged sections on the road, and as a result, County Road 213 'Am Liener Deich' will be fully closed during this period. The closure will occur between the intersections 'Am Yachthafen' and 'Am Liener Hörn'.

It is important to note that the authority responsible for carrying out this repair work is the Lower Saxony State Office for Road Construction and Traffic, and the construction work in Hunestraße and its surrounding streets is not scheduled to take place during the same timeframe.

While the purpose of the construction work in Hunestraße and its surrounding streets is not specified, it is clear that travel plans in the area will be affected for the duration of both projects. It is advised to plan alternative routes and allow extra travel time to accommodate these changes.
