Richard MacMillan Exits, Peter Searle Named UK & Ireland Country Manager
Richard MacMillan, the current zone manager, has announced his departure from the Group effective January 2006. Prior to his exit, the responsibility for South Africa and India will be addressed separately. Meanwhile, the Group has appointed Peter Searle, the former CEO of Ajilon UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, as the new country manager of UK and Ireland.
Peter Searle brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served the Group for 17 years. He has demonstrated excellent sales and profit growth during his tenure as CEO of Ajilon UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. In his new position, Searle will be responsible for the combined business units of our UK and Ireland and Ajilon UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. This appointment comes as Richard MacMillan, the outgoing zone manager, leaves the Group.
With Richard MacMillan's departure, Peter Searle takes the helm as country manager of UK and Ireland. His extensive experience and proven track record make him a strong choice to lead the combined business units. The Group wishes MacMillan well in his future endeavours and looks forward to Searle's leadership.
