Restricting driving and parking near the Krasnoyarsk mosque

On the weekends in Krasnoyarsk, during Uraza-bayram celebrations near the Cathedral Mosque, traffic and parking regulations will be adjusted. Specific areas will be off-limits for driving and parking.

The city hall has informed that on March 30, buses will not stop at the "Crimean street (Metallurgists' prospekt)" stop from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Participants of the event are advised to reach the location using free shuttle buses:

Four large buses will circulate between parking lots near the "OKei" mall (right bank) and the "Aviator" mall (left bank).

Boarding and disembarking passengers will occur at the "October" stop.

The shuttle buses will operate with a 5-minute interval from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Traffic and parking in the immediate vicinity of the mosque and nearby areas will be prohibited.

Significant sections will be completely blocked:

  • Along 3rd of August street, from 2nd Crimean street to the intersection with the service road on the 3rd of August street near building No 26/4 on the 3rd of August street from 1:00 PM on March 29 to 12:00 PM on March 30;
  • On roads leading from the Metallurgists' prospekt to buildings No 65, 69 on the Metallurgists' prospekt from 4:00 AM to 11:30 AM on March 30.

"No movement" signs will be in effect from 1:00 PM on March 29 to 12:00 PM on March 30 on the following sections:

  • 2nd Crimean street;
  • Road from Crimean street to buildings No 51, 53, 55, 57 on Crimean street;
  • Road from the Metallurgists' prospekt to the multi-dwelling unit No 26 on 3rd of August street.

Parking and stopping will be prohibited from 1:00 PM on March 29 to 12:00 PM on March 30 on the following sections:

  • Crimean street from building No 6g to the intersection with the Metallurgists' prospekt;
  • Crimean street from building No 49 to the Metallurgists' prospekt;
  • Metallurgists' prospekt from Crimean street to building No 53g on the Metallurgists' prospekt;
  • Service road duplicating the Metallurgists' prospekt from building No 32 to building No 38;
  • 3rd of August street from 2nd Crimean street to the intersection with the service road near building No 26/4 on the 3rd of August street;
  • Road from the Metallurgists' prospekt to building No 26/5 on the 3rd of August street.

Drivers are encouraged to remove their vehicles from these areas as evacuators will be working at these locations.
