In this role, the Team Leader Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operational credit business of commercial real estate, developer, and project development financing. This includes reviewing and voting on complex credit applications, ensuring the team's performance capability in the analysis process, and maintaining ongoing communication with market units. The candidate will also serve as a point of contact for employees in analysis and preparation questions, ensuring that credit risks are under control.
