Railroad Blockade Enforced at Weiherhof, Zirndorf Railway Crossing
In an announcement made by Deutsche Bahn (DB InfraGO), the responsible railway company, the railway crossing in Weiherhofer Hauptstraße, Zirndorf, will be temporarily closed between July 21st and around August 1st, 2025.
This closure will affect all traffic and pedestrians in the area, including those in Weiherhofer Hauptstraße and the surrounding district of OT Weiherhof. Motorists are asked for their understanding regarding this necessary disruption.
To facilitate travel during this period, a detour route has been signposted. Pedestrians are advised to use alternative routes as well to avoid any inconvenience.
The closure will take place in the town of Zirndorf, and the railway crossing will be closed for approximately three weeks. The railway company urges everyone to adhere to the detour routes for their safety and to ensure a smooth flow of traffic during this time.
