Quang Ninh's Industrial Boom: Dong Mai Cluster Opens, Titan Project Breaks Ground

Quang Ninh province has seen significant industrial growth with the inauguration of the Dong Mai Industrial Cluster and the groundbreaking of the Titan project by Frasers Property. The cluster, developed by Tan Dai Duong, spans 16 hectares and has attracted major investments, including the Vina CoreMax Vietnam Plant by CoreMax Group.

The Dong Mai Industrial Cluster, located strategically, offers advantages for manufacturers in food and beverage, footwear, wood, and metal processing industries. It joins six other fully serviced industrial clusters in Quang Ninh, covering over 373 hectares.

CoreMax Group's first phase of Vina CoreMax Vietnam Plant was inaugurated at the Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park with a $65.3 million investment. Once fully operational, it aims to produce nearly 49,280 tons of nickel and cobalt sulfate crystals annually for the lithium-ion battery industry.

Frasers Property has begun construction on the $26.4 million Titan project, its second development at Dong Mai Industrial Park. Spanning 8.3 hectares, Titan offers modern, ready-built infrastructure with a focus on sustainability. Before construction, it had secured leases for around 60% of its warehouse space.

The Dong Mai Industrial Cluster's inauguration and the Titan project's groundbreaking further boost Quang Ninh province's industrial landscape. The province now hosts seven fully serviced industrial clusters, with the Vina CoreMax Vietnam Plant set to contribute significantly to the lithium-ion battery industry.
