Latest Update: As of now, the police are chasing the trails of the last eleven elusive suspects linked to a violent altercation that ended in the untimely death of a 28-year-old local at an entertainment venue on April 27, 2025.
The Bintulu police chief, Supt Nixon Joshua Ali, stated in a recent statement that eight men and one woman, spanning ages 20 to 40, have been apprehended and detained to help in the ongoing investigation.
"While we have detained eight men and one woman, there are still eleven more suspects out there. Our investigations won't slow down. We're relentless in our pursuit of every individual involved in this incident," Nixon shared.
The investigation is being carried out under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
