Pilates Addiction Opens 11 Studios, Sells Over 100 Franchise Territories in US
Pilates Addiction, a rapidly growing fitness franchise, has made a strong start with 11 studios already open and operating. The brand's first studio opened in West Hollywood earlier this year, and it's led by CEO Sarah Luna, a former executive at Club Pilates and Pure Barre.
Pilates Addiction offers four class types, ranging from 30 to 50 minutes in duration. The brand's signature machine, the WundaFormer, combines multiple Pilates apparatus into one system. This proprietary machine is a key feature of the brand's workouts, which have proven popular with customers.
The brand's success is reflected in its franchise sales. Since launching its franchise program in June, Pilates Addiction has sold over 100 territories across the U.S. Franchise agreements are in place or coming soon in multiple states. Prospective franchisees must have a minimum of $100,000 in liquid capital, $500,000 in net worth, and a credit score of 680 or higher.
Pilates Addiction is part of Sequel Brands, launched earlier this year by Anthony Geisler, founder of Xponential Fitness. David Solomon, founder of Sequel Brands, operates Pilates Addiction as a franchise. The brand's popularity can also be seen in the fact that Pilates has been the most-booked workout on ClassPass for the second year in a row.
With 11 studios open and over 100 territories sold, Pilates Addiction is expanding rapidly. The brand's unique WundaFormer machine, varied class types, and strong leadership have contributed to its success. As Pilates remains the most-booked workout, the future looks promising for Pilates Addiction.
