Network International and Magnati have united under a Brookfield-led consortium, finalising a strategic merger. The new entity, Network International LLC, aims to foster innovation, growth, and financial inclusion across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Murat Cagri Suzer serves as the Group CEO, while Hadi Badri chairs the board.

The merged company offers an expanded range of services, including digital payment solutions, data-driven insights, SME lending, and advanced fraud prevention. It aims to drive financial inclusion and support digital transformation across MEA. The integration will occur in phases, with both brands continuing to operate side by side for now. The company will also collaborate with governments to expand access to financial services.

Murat Cagri Suzer, the Group CEO, leads the new entity. He brings his expertise to drive innovation and growth. Hadi Badri, as the Chairman, provides strategic guidance to the board.
