Municipal Clinics Appoint Dr. Silke Kühnle to Strengthen Strategic Development
Dr. Silke Kühnle has joined the Municipal Clinics' management board as part of a strategic reorganization. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate development, change management, and medical strategy.
Dr. Kühnle will serve as the disciplinary superior for the chief physician of the Central Emergency Department and the managing physician of the Intensive Care Unit. She will also focus on processes and organization, acting as the contact person for various directors and preparing measures for the clinic's development.
Previously, Dr. Kühnle was active at the consulting firm Borchers & Kollegen. She has held management positions at the University Hospital Cologne and the University Hospital Düsseldorf. Her expertise in process optimization will be crucial in her new role.
Prof. Dr. med. Huan Nguyen will continue to advise the management in medical-strategic matters.
Dr. Kühnle's appointment is expected to strengthen the Municipal Clinics' strategic development. Alongside Thorsten Celary, who focuses on strategy, external representation, and public relations, they will work together to drive the clinic's future growth.
