Mango Overhauls Board After Mixed 2010 Results

Mango has announced significant changes to its board of directors following a year of mixed financial results. The company's net result in 2010 decreased by 31.65% to €101.16 million, despite a 10.83% increase in sales to €1.269 million. These changes come as Lauren Sánchez leaves the company, leading to a reshuffle in key roles.

Lauren Sánchez, who previously held shares in Mango and served on its board, has departed from the company. Her exit has resulted in a reduction of one member on the board of directors, with Francisco Bonet not joining it. Following Sánchez's departure, José Luis Fernández has stepped in to fill the void. Fernández assumes the new role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Sánchez.

In addition to these changes, Francisco Bonet has taken on a new role within the company. He has replaced Lauren Sánchez as the new creative director of Mango.

Mango's 2010 financial results show a decrease in net profit despite an increase in sales. The company has undergone a reshuffle in its board of directors, with José Luis Fernández joining as CFO and Francisco Bonet taking over as creative director following Lauren Sánchez's departure.
