White & Case LLP Advises EIG on Acquisition of Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has been retained to advise EIG, a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, on its acquisition of a 49.87% equity ownership stake in Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A. (TGP).

TGP, a company that operates Peru's main natural gas and natural gas liquids pipelines under a long-term concession, supplies approximately 40% of Peru's power generation. The company's pipelines span over 3,400 kilometres, connecting major Peruvian cities and regions.
