Ben Gipson, an accomplished senior lawyer with over 20 years of litigation and class action experience, has joined Davis Wright Tremaine (DWT) as a partner in its national employment services team in Los Angeles.
Gipson, who previously worked at DLA Piper, brings a wealth of expertise in representing employers against claims such as wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and discrimination. His affinity for deal work will support the growth in transactional matters for DWT's clients in California.
