Kyzylorda's Southern Boiler House Gets 2.5 Billion Tenge Renovation for Stable Heating

The government has allocated a substantial sum of over 2.5 billion tenge for the renovation of three steam boilers at the Southern Boiler House in Kyzylorda. This significant investment aims to ensure stable heating for residents in the southern states of the city. The project, approved by Minister B.Zh. Abilkayev, is part of the National Project 'Modernization of the Energy and Housing and Communal Services Sector'.

The reconstruction project involves several key steps. Firstly, old boilers will be dismantled to make way for new ones. These new boilers will be sourced from a factory, ensuring modern and efficient heating solutions. Additionally, equipment for water chemical cleaning will be replaced, further improving the system's functionality.

The project began in 2024 with initial funding of 2.04 billion tenge from the government reserve and 655 million tenge from the regional budget. Once completed, it will benefit a significant number of residents and facilities, including 197 multi-apartment residential complexes, 73 social facilities, and 69 household facilities in the southern states of Kyzylorda.

The renovation of the steam boilers at the Southern Boiler House is a crucial step in the modernization of Kyzylorda's energy and communal services sector. With the completion of this project, residents can expect improved heating stability, thanks to the government's investment of over 2.5 billion tenge. This project is one of four planned repairs of heat networks in the region, demonstrating the government's commitment to enhancing the city's infrastructure.
