Kurgan Appoints New Manager for Eight Apartment Buildings
Authorities in Kurgan have appointed LLC 'Managing Company '16th District' as the temporary manager for eight apartment buildings. The appointment comes after the previous manager, LLC 'KKU', stepped down from the role. The new company will oversee the buildings at several addresses until owners choose a management method.
The appointed managing organization will handle the buildings at the following addresses: ul. Bazhova, 140; ul. Gagarin, 38a, 40a, 42a; ul. Panfilova, 22a; ul. Promyshlennaya, 31; ul. Pushkin, 59. The contract with the managing company will last no more than one year.
The new manager will handle current repairs, emergency-dispatcher service, territory cleaning, snow removal, and deratization. This appointment follows the expiration of LLC 'KKU's' contract, which lasted from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2023.
