KBR Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Alleged Securities Fraud
A class action lawsuit has been initiated against KBR, Inc. on behalf of investors who suffered losses due to alleged securities fraud between May 6, 2025 and June 19, 2025. The lawsuit, filed by Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, accuses KBR of fraud, a charge first raised in 2009.
The lawsuit alleges that KBR misled investors by making false statements and concealing material concerns about its partnership with HomeSafe. Investors were led to believe that the partnership was problem-free and would increase in future quarters. KBR investors who incurred losses during the relevant period have until November 18, 2025 to request the Court to appoint them as lead plaintiff. Notably, there is no cost or obligation to participate in the lawsuit for class members.
Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, the law firm handling the case, has a proven track record, having secured hundreds of millions of dollars for aggrieved shareholders over the past two decades. The lawsuit seeks to hold KBR accountable for its alleged actions and compensate affected investors.
