Qualities Sought

Candidates must have experience in the banking sector and a knack for people.
Experience Required
At least five years of professional experience in private customer business at a Sparkasse or other bank is necessary. Proven leadership experience in customer service and/or processing operations within banking or financial services is highly desirable. A successfully completed banking apprenticeship (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, such as an economic degree, is required.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for professional and disciplinary leadership, resource planning, leadership with responsibility, coaching, onboarding, and further development of colleagues. They will also play a key role in shaping the future of customer service.
