J. J. Keller's CMS-Salesforce Integration Drives Record Revenue

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has successfully integrated its website CMS with Salesforce, creating a seamless customer experience and driving record revenue. The company's sophisticated platform, Compliance Network, now benefits from enhanced CRM capabilities and unified authentication.

The integration began with the implementation of Salesforce, which brought together Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Automation with Pardot, and Partner Community. This allowed for seamless integration with ERP systems and other tools, centralizing customer relationship management.

To streamline user access, an SSO solution via Okta was integrated. This created a unified authentication system across all of J. J. Keller's sites, reducing login-related errors and user frustration. Our CMS acted as a central hub, enabling users to authenticate through our hosted site before being redirected to third-party tools like Zendesk and Vanilla Forums.

The integration achieved a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers. Existing workflows were maintained, and customer conversions to Compliance Network increased. J. J. Keller's operational consistency was preserved, while its sales and marketing teams capitalized on the efficiencies of our CMS.

The challenge was to integrate our website CMS into J. J. Keller's expansive ecosystem without disrupting established workflows. A robust external content sync system was implemented to enable near-instant updates and retention of established editorial processes. A custom integration layer was also built to sync data bidirectionally between J. J. Keller's CRM and our CMS, managing trial orders and memberships seamlessly.

The successful integration of J. J. Keller's website CMS with Salesforce has resulted in record revenue from Compliance Network within the first six months. The integration has enhanced customer experience, increased conversions, and preserved operational consistency, demonstrating the value of a well-implemented CMS.
