Silversmith Capital Partners, a renowned growth equity firm, has announced the final close of their fifth fund, Fund V, with a total commitment of $1.7 billion. This latest fund marks a significant milestone in the firm's 10-year journey, during which it has raised over $5 billion in capital.

Sri Rao, who has been integral to Silversmith's growth since 2015, has been named the managing partner of the firm.
