He Xian, a renowned legal expert, has joined FisherBroyles, LLP in its Atlanta office. Xian's addition to the firm marks a significant expansion of its services, now including expertise in commercial transactions, corporate governance, government affairs, immigration, international law, litigation, and risk management.

Xian brings a wealth of experience to FisherBroyles, having advised U.S. and international clients on legal issues involving international business expansion, immigration, and dispute resolution. His extensive background in business, immigration, and government affairs, combined with his academic achievements, makes him an invaluable asset to the firm.

Xian earned his Juris Doctor and doctorate in information and media from Michigan State University. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. In addition, he has a certificate in Chinese legal systems from Peking University in Beijing.

Xian's legal career includes serving as chair of the China practice at one of Michigan's largest law firms and as a partner at a major international firm. He has also facilitated strategic partnerships between business and government entities in both China and the United States.

One of Xian's notable achievements includes securing critical intracompany transfers for leading AI firms under the L-1A and L-1B visa programs. He has also served as outside general counsel to a large state-owned enterprise operating in the U.S. and supported major clean energy companies in U.S. workforce development.

Xian's litigation work has resulted in a $2 million judgment awarded to a group of foreign investments. He has also been published in various publications, including research on social stratification, perception, and policy.
