Fluor Sued Over Alleged Misstatements on Projects, Financials

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Fluor Corporation by Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Fluor securities between February 18, 2025 and July 31, 2025. The complaint alleges that Fluor made false statements regarding its business and financial results during this period.

The lawsuit alleges that Fluor failed to disclose significant cost overruns on several projects and the negative impact of economic uncertainty on its business and financial results.
