Fisker Expands Dealer Network to Meet Growing Demand for Electric Vehicles

Fisker Inc., the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer with a mission to create the world's most emotional and sustainable EVs, is ramping up its efforts to satisfy the increasing demand for its vehicles. The company is set to add as many as 50 dealer partners in the US and Canada, and a similar number of locations in Europe this year.

In Europe, Fisker dealers will operate under an agency model, while in North America, the company is developing an innovative Dealer Partnership model. This hybrid approach in Europe combines direct sales and traditional dealer arrangements, offering customers a seamless experience.

Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO of Fisker, announced that the company is transforming its strategic efforts to satisfy the growing demand for the Fisker Ocean and prepare for the launch of additional future models. Fisker dealers in Europe will focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction and streamlined customer support and service.

The Dealer Partnership model offers customers no-haggle pricing (where permitted) and provides dealer partners with larger market territories. Fisker dealers in Europe will facilitate financing and insurance arrangements for customers, assist with matters related to Fisker's warranty, and offer expanded test-drive opportunities as the range of Fisker models and trim levels expands.

Fisker does not plan to require its dealer partners to make extensive, time-consuming, or costly changes to their existing facilities. The company has developed corporate identity features that it can quickly provide to its dealer partners. Fisker's strategic efforts are focused on putting in place the brand accessibility and sales channels required to satisfy increasing demand for its electric vehicles.

While Fisker Inc. plans to recruit new dealer partners in North America and Europe this year, specific names of dealer partners and exact target numbers for dealer locations in these regions have not been publicly disclosed in the available information. Fisker will continue to maintain its own Fisker Lounges in global markets for customers to experience the brand and contribute sales leads.

Fisker's dealers in Europe are expected to start receiving vehicles by the end of Q1 2024. With this expansion, Fisker aims to make its EVs more accessible to customers across the globe, furthering its mission to create the world's most emotional and sustainable electric vehicles.
