This demographic is particularly drawn to apartments with a size of 30 to 40 square metres, which account for 58% of sales in this market segment.
Among these buyers, a notable number are married couples, with 82% of them falling into this category. Interestingly, for many of these married couples, their monthly income ranges between 100 to 150 thousand rubles.

In fact, in 2025, one-bedroom apartments accounted for 64% of all sales in the Novorossiysk residential real estate market. This significant number of sales indicates a strong and sustained interest in this market segment.
