The finishing touches are being applied to the apartments of the much-anticipated Kino residential complex in Krasnodar. After a decade of waiting, the happy owners, including the Cheluškin family, are finally preparing to move in.

The Kino residential complex, a large project consisting of two buildings, has been transformed into a modern complex equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life. Aleksey Samovich, the general director of the Southern Division of the developer AVA Group, has confirmed that the complex has been equipped with everything required for a comfortable living.

The Cheluškin family, who initially decided to buy their apartment in the Kino complex when their eldest child was just 10 years old, are now excited about moving into their own apartment. However, their children, who had hoped to ride their bicycles in the hallway, will have to wait as the complex does not allow bicycles inside.

The initial commissioning of the Kino complex was planned for 2017, but technical errors made by the previous developer caused a delay. Fortunately, the holding company AVA Group took on the obligation to complete the construction in 2021, acting as both an investor and general contractor.

The key handover for the second phase of the Kino residential complex has begun, marking the end of a long construction project. To ensure that deceived shareholders receive their housing, a new investor was found in the region.

Elizaveta Gegeš, the new owner of an apartment in the Kino complex, was only 20 when her family first decided to buy. She, like many others, has been eagerly awaiting the commissioning of their apartment. The average area of apartments in new buildings in Krasnodar has increased by two square meters since the initial purchase, providing more space for the new residents.

Despite the lack of detailed information about the long-term construction project "Kino" in Krasnodar in the current search data, it is clear that the project has been a significant undertaking. For the residents of the Kino complex, the patience and wait are finally coming to an end, and they are looking forward to starting a new chapter in their lives.

The Cheluškin family, having invested in the Kino residential complex for over a decade, are gearing up to step into the world of homeownership within the real-estate market, as they prepare to move into their apartment. The Kino complex, a notable project in Krasnodar's housing-market by AVA Group, has expanded the average area of apartments in new buildings by two square meters, offering more living space to its residents.
