Expansion of VOLOCO's presence across the country through the addition of new offices in Cambridgeshire.
VOLOCO Construction Consulting, a firm specialising in bespoke services for the construction industry, has announced the opening of a new office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This expansion comes as the company prepares for the reopening of working spaces and starts 2021 with a larger team and a new headquarters.
The new office will be headed by Kevin Robinson, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Robinson, who is joining VOLOCO as a new partner, brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table, having worked for the Ministry of Defence overseeing UK projects, and prior to VOLOCO, he has worked for firms like Multiplex Construction, Wates Construction, and Coulson & Son.
In his previous role, Robinson managed a large commercial development project in London. Now, he is excited to be working with Ben Webb, CEO of VOLOCO, and establishing VOLOCO in the east. Webb is looking forward to driving VOLOCO's growth in the east of England with the new office.
The team at VOLOCO has grown by seven in the last 12 months, and the firm currently houses a team of 10 at its headquarters near Bristol. The firm offers a wide range of services, including quantity surveying, commercial support, cost management, bid management, design management, graphics support, planning, and programming. VOLOCO supports small and growing contractors which don't have the manpower or capabilities in-house.
The firm boasts a national pool of clients, including ISG, Integral, Hexagon Construction, BECT, and Brookes Property. The new office in Cambridgeshire is expected to further strengthen VOLOCO's position in the industry and provide exceptional services to clients in the region.
VOLOCO Construction Consulting was founded in 2014 and has been providing bespoke construction consulting services ever since. The firm's expansion into Cambridgeshire is a testament to its success and commitment to growth. With the addition of Robinson as a partner and the new office, VOLOCO is poised to make a significant impact in the east of England.
