Expansion of Oracle partnership by Infobip to strengthen customer communication services

Infobip, a leading provider of communication solutions, has announced a deepened partnership with Oracle. This collaboration aims to deliver conversational experiences across various sectors, including banking, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and leisure.

The partnership combines Infobip's extensive network of over 800 direct operator connections with Oracle's top-tier marketing and sales solutions. This integration is set to provide Oracle users with valuable customer insights, enabling them to refine campaign strategies and nurture leads throughout the buying process.

Veselin Vuković, Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Infobip, emphasized the growing consumer demand for conversational experiences with businesses over familiar channels. He stated that Infobip's enhanced collaboration with Oracle addresses this need by integrating their full omnichannel communications platform across any Oracle solution available through Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

Oracle Cloud Marketplace serves as a centralized hub for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications and services. The expanded partnership between Infobip and Oracle represents a significant step forward in providing businesses with comprehensive, integrated communication solutions.

Infobip's solutions have enabled businesses to deliver personalized, omnichannel messaging across popular platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS. By connecting additional channels to a single solution, Oracle users can create seamless conversations across multiple platforms.

The initial partnership, which dates back to 2018 through Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), allowed Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers to orchestrate consumer interactions using Oracle products like Responsys, Eloqua, and Digital Assistant. With the new agreement, Infobip plans to develop further integrations through the Oracle Integration Cloud.

Stephen Streich, group vice president of product management at Oracle Marketing, stated that the collaboration would offer Oracle customers access to cutting-edge communication solutions. He believes that this partnership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of business-customer interactions across various industries as companies prioritize enhanced customer experiences.

The partnership between Infobip and Oracle allows businesses using Oracle solutions to leverage Infobip's omnichannel platform. Over 18 billion interactions have been managed across 65 customers through these integrations. As a result, companies can orchestrate powerful customer interactions, helping them to drive conversions, boost sales, and foster customer loyalty.

With over 800 direct operator connections and a focus on delivering conversational experiences, Infobip aims to help enterprises create engaging, personalized interactions with their customers. As the partnership between Infobip and Oracle continues to grow, businesses can expect to see even more innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
