Erik Thun Group Exits Aircraft Sales, Selling TAM and Saab 2000 Fleet to Lars Wingefors AB

The Erik Thun Group has exited the aircraft sales and leasing business, selling Täby Air Maintenance AB (TAM) and three Saab 2000 aircraft to Lars Wingefors AB. The new owner, a private investment company founded by Swedish entrepreneur Lars Wingefors, will integrate TAM's expertise into its fleet and progressive leasing market offerings.

TAM, renowned for its maintenance and modification services for regional aircraft, will continue its operations under the new ownership. The three Saab 2000 aircraft, now part of Lars Wingefors AB's fleet, will be offered on the leasing market, backed by TAM's maintenance support. Henrik Källsson, Deputy CEO of Erik Thun AB, commended TAM's accomplishments under their ownership and expressed confidence in Lars Wingefors AB's vision for the company's future.

The sale of TAM and the three Saab 2000 aircraft to Lars Wingefors AB marks the end of Erik Thun Group's involvement in aircraft sales and leasing. The new owner, with its private investment background, is set to leverage TAM's global reputation and expertise to strengthen its fleet and Latam leasing market presence.
