Once a year, I gather all 35 employees for an entire day, promoting communication and collaboration. During this time, they provide valuable feedback, voice concerns, and share ambitious ideas. This gathering often uncovers promising growth opportunities.

As a CEO or president, your role is straightforward: indulge your curiosity, listen intensely, and engage with your team. This ongoing examination empowers us to continually enhance our strategy, ensuring a smooth exit process when the time is right.
