Eastern Bank Welcomes Beata Mazen as New Consumer Banking Strategy Manager

Eastern Bank has appointed Beata Mazen as its new Senior Vice President, Consumer Banking Strategy Manager. Mazen brings a wealth of experience in sales, customer experience, and consumer banking strategies, having spent 25 years in the industry at banks like fifth third bank, us bank, boa, and pnc bank.

Mazen's career spans various roles, including leading operations and customer experience processes for up to 1,000 retail locations. She has implemented enterprise-wide initiatives focused on colleague development, productivity, operations, and customer experience. Her most recent position was at Citizens Bank, where she served as Senior Vice President, Wealth & Deposit Senior Strategy Manager.

Mazen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States International University. Despite extensive research, her hometown remains unknown. She is the founder of the non-profit Women Supporting Women, dedicated to combating food insecurity and aiding women in need. Mazen looks forward to collaborating across product lines at Eastern Bank to deliver meaningful value to customers.
