Dryden Heath Expands: New Phase Offers Mix of Plots, Kindergarten Planned

The Dryden Heath development area in Soltau is expanding with a new construction phase, offering a mix of smaller and larger building plots. The building obligation period has been extended to four years, and a kindergarten is planned for the area.

This is the ninth phase of construction in the Dryden Heath development area. Plots range from 300 square meters to 1500 square meters, with purchase prices varying from 85 to 109 euros per square meter. Prospective homeowners can apply for plots on the Tetendorfer Straße towards the end of this year or early 2026.

The 9th phase includes 71 new plots in the Wolterdingen district, with construction expected to start in the summer. Notably, no gas supply will be offered in this phase. The development has seen steady growth, with 150 plots sold so far, including 74 sold in the 7th and 8th phases. A kindergarten is planned to be built in the area to support the growing community.

The extended building obligation period allows for more flexibility for homeowners. The 9th construction phase in Dryden Heath brings new opportunities for prospective buyers, with a variety of plot sizes and prices. The planned kindergarten will cater to the needs of young families in the growing community.
