DOGMA Secures Third Spot Among Russia's Top Residential Developers

DOGMA, a prominent Russian residential developer, has secured the third position among the country's largest housing construction companies. The firm, led by an unnamed CEO, has been steadily climbing the rankings since September 2022.

DOGMA's impressive growth is reflected in its expanding portfolio. As of September 2025, the company has a total residential construction area of 2.37 million square meters.
