Diversion of Buses on Bierstadter Street
In the city of Wiesbaden, several bus lines have been affected by road closures and construction works. The bus lines 37, 17, 23, 24, and N11 have been particularly impacted.
The closure of Gustav-Stresemann-Ring and Patrickstraße has caused a detour for line 37. As a result, the bus line operates with a diverted route from August 18, 2025, and onwards. During this period, the stops "Plutoweg", "Wartestraße", "Fichtestraße/Handwerkskammer", and "Hans-Bredow-Straße" are not served by line 37. However, the replacement stop "Hans-Bredow-Straße" is served by line 37.
Lines 17, 23, 24, and N11, on the other hand, are affected by the closure of Patrickstraße on August 8, 2025. This has led to route diversions and service changes for these lines. The nearest boarding and alighting points for these lines are at the "Wartestraße", "Hildastraße", and "Alwinenstraße" stops. Buses on these lines detour via Kirchbachstraße, Aukammallee, and Fichtestraße from the "Wartestraße" stop.
Line 37 serves the "Alwinenstraße" stop again after its route via Moltkering. Boarding buses at the "New-York-Straße" stop allows transfer to line 37 heading towards the main station.
The detours started around early to mid-August 2025 and continue through August, with some updates as of August 18, 2025.
