DiHK sees Renvert assuming control in global marketplaces

Nicole Renvert, a seasoned professional with a rich background in foreign and security policy, as well as economics, has taken on new roles in the corporate world.

Renvert's career began at the Robert Bosch Foundation in 2004, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience. After a successful tenure, she moved to the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in 2008, where she spent several years before joining technology conglomerate Voith.

Prior to her role at the DIHK, Renvert headed government relations at Voith, a position she held until her appointment at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) in October 2024. At the DIHK, she serves as the Head of International Markets, reporting directly to Volker Treier.

Renvert's extensive experience at Voith and SWP, coupled with her time at the Robert Bosch Foundation, has equipped her with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the intricacies of foreign and security policy, as well as the economy. This expertise is now being utilised at the DIHK, where she is focused on these areas.

In an unexpected turn of events, Renvert left her position at the DIHK in 2025 to become the CEO of NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., a company renowned for manufacturing and selling industrial trucks. Despite this shift, her expertise in policy and economics continues to be a valuable asset in her new role.
