Deputies of ZSC have given the go-ahead for enacting state programs during the year 2024.

Krasnodar, Russia - The Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar has approved the implementation of regional state programs for 2024, allocating 516.1 billion rubles from federal and regional budgets for the execution of 28 state programs in the region. The programs primarily focus on enhancing the well-being of residents and addressing economic and social tasks within budgetary constraints.

The regional economy minister, Alexei Yurtayev, presented the resolution, revealing that the implementation of state programs by the end of 2023 reached 93%. For 2024, 583 target indicators have been set, with 495 fully achieved, and 71 indicators surpassing the planned values by more than 1.5 times.

The implementation of 767 program events has also been provided, with 86% of planned results achieved for 646 events. Key performance indicators include the construction and renovation of 40 municipal schools accommodating a total of 38,600 students. By the end of 2024, 13,200 school places (15 schools) and 5,500 preschool education spaces in 21 facilities will have been created.

The importance of parliamentary control over the expenditure of federal and regional budget funds in the implementation of program events to ensure the development of Kuban and the fulfillment of social obligations to residents was emphasized.
