Court Postpones 'Stroy-Holding' Hearing on Unauthorized Profit and Delays
A court hearing for 'Stroy-Holding' over a claim of unauthorized profit has been postponed until October 28. The case involves the delayed construction of a polyclinic in Emelyanovo. The company is also facing a lawsuit for a delay in the construction of a polyclinic in Emeльяново, with a hearing set for the same date.
The dispute began when UCS demanded 309.9 million rubles from 'Stroy-Holding' for unearned profit due to an unworked advance of 1.32 million rubles. UCS believes that 'Stroy-Holding''s failure to fulfill its obligations is hindering the commissioning of a socially significant healthcare facility.
In response to the delays, a new tender was announced, awarded to 'Stroytex' for 225.17 million rubles, with completion scheduled for the end of November. Meanwhile, 'Stroy-Holding' faces a claim for 19.7 million rubles in penalties for the construction of the Emeльяново polyclinic, signed in December 2022. The arbitration court has postponed a decision on this claim until additional materials are provided.
The next hearing for 'Stroy-Holding' in both cases is scheduled for October 28. The company is accused of unauthorized profit and delays in the construction of two polyclinics. The outcome of these cases will determine the future of the projects and the company's involvement in them.
